I met Naree Mongkol in the heart of Bangrak at the building to be served as the headquarters of her companies, The Tropical Spa and AUSSHOP, which both are involved in a range of health and beauty related enterprises.
The Tropical Spa has been an importer and exclusive distributor of many health & beauty products, such as the Australian Lydia Jordane spa products, the world renowned Lycon wax, IBE PI-Energy Pi-Water processors and much more.
"It will be a one-stop-shop for people who are into health, beauty and organic products" explains Naree. All brands will be from Australia and will also include healthy snacks, such as macadamia nuts which come in many flavors.
"When you're unhealthy, nothing else in this world matters," believes Naree. "It's the most important thing in life - if you have good health, you can pursue anything you want, be it love, wealth or simple happiness."
Her own routine involves starting the day with a detoxifying juice of apple, celery, beetroot, carrot and sometimes bitter gourd. Lunch will be similarly fresh, usually a salad and fish. And if she don't have soical commitments, a simple dinner of vegetables and fruit will be followed by an hour in the gym or her own yoga session at home.
"Health is all about disclipine," says the smiling Naree, who readily admits she doesn't much enjoy her daily visits to the gym. But don't get the wrong impression - she also knows how to have a good time.
During her frequent travels she leaves the regime behind in Bangkok, indulging her senses and sleeping late.
